CONCIERGE POST-OP CARE

With a sincere passion for patient care, alotbougie® Recovery offers the most luxurious and personalized post-operative care services wherever your located. Whether you’re recovering from cosmetic surgery, orthopedic surgery, or use want personalized concierge nursing care, we have a package for you.  We know the thought of recovering after surgery can be overwhelming, which is why we promise to make your surgical recovery as relaxing and revitalizing as possible. To do this, our team of experienced nurses and concierge specialists are specifically trained in the aftercare nursing and post-op care regimens. This allows our clients to receive custom-tailored post-op care, so you can recover faster and with fewer complications.

The following is a list of our services that we provide. These services are grouped in packages which can be seen here.

 POST-OPERATIVE CARE: Monitoring of vital signs, cleaning and dressing surgical sites and drainage care, managing and monitoring nutrition and hydration, observe for signs and symptoms of infection and post-operative complications, and medication administration reminders, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) which include: assistance with mobility, showering, personal hygiene, and dressing, following surgeons discharge plans, and family updates.

NURSE PRACTITIONER ASSESSMENT & EDUCATION: A Certified Nurse Practitioner will conduct a comprehensive head-to-toe assessment and review your plan of care and post operative instructions.

FOLLOW-UP NP TELEHEALTH VISITS: For clients who have received our recovery services, client can visit via our telehealth platform with our Certified Nurse Practitioner for recovery education and assessment after services have concluded.

ON-CALL NP SERVICE: When our Nurse Practitioner (NP) is not present the NP will be available for any questions the nursing staff or client will have during their recovery services.

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation depends on package selected. Please see our Packages page and FAQs.

PRESCRIPTION PICK UP: We provide prescription pick-up for your prescriptions prescribed by your surgeon. 

GROCERY SHOPPING: Grocery shopping can be done for you before your surgery pick up for an additional fee.  If interested, we can coordinate this with you when you make your reservations.  All shopping requests must be submitted 48 hours before your surgery date and prepaid.  

MEAL PREP: Our staff will prepare food such as sandwiches or salads.  No cooking will be done by staff.  Food will be provided by client.  

LAUNDRY: Laundering of your garment, TED hose, and linens as needed (lodging option must include a washer and dryer in the building in which client is staying). Clients provide laundry detergent and coins for machine if applicable.

FAMILY UPDATES: Client status updates to one family member who is designated on your contact form.
